| From September 2008, Ohori Capital will commence marketing activities in Japan in order to promote Australian Real Estate to both Japanese and Expat buyers. Initially the focus will be on promoting properties in Sydney and the Gold Coast area, however over time properties in other Australian cities will also be promoted. In addition, Ohori Capital will assist buyers outside of Japan who may be interested in buying Japanese real estate. |
